1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to rk777. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the management of the rk777 platform. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform — whether through the official website, mobile app, or any other authorised channel — you automatically agree to accept and comply with all terms set out in this document.

2Member Eligibility

The RK777 platform is exclusively for individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Has never been banned or suspended by rk777 previously for any reason.

Rk777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Members who fail to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may have their accounts temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any given time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without any compensation.

During registration, members are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Any false or misleading information found may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all outstanding balances and unclaimed bonuses. rk777 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by the member.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is approved. Required documents may include a national ID, proof of current address, and documentation of the payment method used.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Rk777 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring approval from our finance team.
• All withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe determined by the chosen method. Withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Rk777 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes, particularly when unusual activity is detected on the account in question.

5Bonus & Promotions

Rk777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements and validity periods set for each promotion.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member who meets the minimum deposit requirement.
• Rollover requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
• Unused bonuses that expire will be automatically forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• Rk777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where evidence of abuse is found.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is considered fraud and may result in all associated accounts being blocked.

6Game Rules

All games available on the rk777 platform use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the respective game information.

Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, use automation software (bots), or manipulate game outcomes in any way is strictly prohibited. rk777 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect such activity, and any account found to be involved will be terminated immediately without compensation.

• Winnings obtained through fraudulent means or system exploitation will not be paid out.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, rk777 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the original bet to the member.
• The final decision on any game-related dispute is binding and rests solely at the discretion of RK777 management.

7Member Responsibilities

As an rk777 member, you agree to take full responsibility for all activities that occur within your account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party — including family members.

You also agree not to use the RK777 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing activities that violate applicable laws. Any suspicious activity detected will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.

Rk777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

The RK777 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. While we strive to maintain optimal server uptime, unforeseen technical disruptions may occur and we cannot be held liable for any losses arising thereof.

10Amendment of Terms

RK777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate action.

It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of our terms. The last updated date is always displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
